British rockers THE VIEW have apologised to fans after cancelling a gig because frontman KYLE FALCONER was too drunk to perform.
The Scottish singer consumed so much booze before the concert in Nottingham, England on 24 October (08) he had to be helped from the stage before the band had performed a note.
In a statement, Falconer tells disappointed devotees at the Bodega Social venue, "I'm really sorry to have let all our fans down. There's no excuses, I'm just really sorry I got so drunk I couldn't do the gig".
