EX MISS USA MOAKLER SPEAKS OUT AGAINST GAY MARRIAGE BAN

TRAVIS BARKER's former beauty queen ex SHANNA MOAKLER has shot a new advertisement blasting the ban on gay marriage in California.
Former Miss USA Moakler agreed to the shoot after Miss California Carrie Prejean denounced gay marriage during the 2009 Miss USA pageant.
Moakler, who helped mentor Prejean - and was appalled when the blonde bombshell spoke out against gay marriage, tells UsMagazine.com, "I believe Prop 8 (the ballot proposition outlawing same-sex marriage) led a campaign of confusion and never made clear what was being asked of the people.
"I find most people have a problem with the word marriage. What I hope for is helping others understand 'civil union' and then one day helping people learn 'marriage' is something not God, not the state or country can solidify, but between two people who love each other (sic)."
