EVAN DANDO: 'I'M BIPOLAR'
LEMONHEADS frontman EVAN DANDO has confessed he has been struggling with bipolar disease for years. The MRS ROBINSON singer was 'outed' by longtime pal JULIANNA HATFIELD for an interview in the new issue of rock magazine Spin - and her comments prompted Dando to reveal his depression issues. Hatfield told the magazine, "He's chemically imbalanced. Seriously... He does things to excess sometimes. He's self-medicating. "It hasn't been just one thing he's struggled with; he's struggling against his nature." Dando, who has reformed the Lemonheads for a new album and tour nine years after disbanding the group, admits to the magazine, "Sure, sure, I've been whatever it is, bipolar. At least that's what my shrink says."
