ESTEVEZ CREDITS SHEEN FOR REINSTALLING FAITH IN BOBBY
EMILIO ESTEVEZ credits his brother CHARLIE SHEEN with giving him the confidence to complete writing the script for Oscar tipped political drama BOBBY. Estevez, who wrote and directed the movie about the last 16 hours of Senator ROBERT KENNEDY's life in 1968, admits he was suffering from "paralysing writer's block" just 30 pages into his screenplay. And just when he had decided to give up, it was Sheen who persuaded him to finish it, calling it his best work. Estevez says, "Charlie told me, 'This is the best thing you have ever done. It's going to change your life. You're not a carpenter. Finish the script.'"
