The BOBBY director and Abdul divorced in 1994 after two years of marriage, and Estevez, who is now dating SONJA MAGDEVSKI, still finds it uncomfortable when he comes across his former spouse. He says, "We haven't stayed in touch. I saw her once on American Idol and haven't watched it since. "How do I feel when I see her? I feel strange. It put me off marriage for a time."
