EMMA WATSON AND BEAU 'BREAK UP'

Harry Potter star Emma Watson has broken up with her rugby player boyfriend, tabloid sources have said.

The 17-year-old starlet, who is set to play Hermione Granger in all seven movie adaptations of JK Rowling's literary series, has called time on her relationship with Tom Ducker after dating for most of the year.

According to the Sun, Emma is "distraught" at the split from the Wasps youth player, who is also 17.

"She is very upset. He was her first love," a 'friend' told the paper.

The break-up comes amid rumours that Emma was "furious" after seeing pictures online of Tom cavorting with other teenagers.

But a spokesperson for the actress said that the split was amicable.

"They just drifted apart as teenagers do. Emma is now just concentrating on her A-levels and the new film," the representative said.

Emma is currently filming the sixth Harry Potter movie – Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince – along with fellow regulars Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint.
