ELVIS' HAIR UP FOR AUCTION
A clump of ELVIS PRESLEY's hair is expected to fetch upto $12,000 (£9,000) when it goes up for auction later this month (Oct09).
The black locks were salvaged by a friend of the King's in 1958 after Presley enlisted in the U.S. Army.
The hair is being sold as part of a collection of Elvis memorabilia, which includes signed records, photos and clothing, which will go under the hammer on 18 October (09) in Chicago, Illinois.
