Veteran pop star SIR ELTON JOHN wants VICTORIA and DAVID BECKHAM's son ROMEO to follow in his footsteps and become a singer. The acclaimed singer/songwriter has no children of his own - but he is determined that his Godson, who turned four earlier this month (01SEP06), should be a star just like him. And Romeo's former SPICE GIRL mother couldn't be happier about Elton's influence. She gushed, "Elton mailed a fantastic present. It's an X Factor karaoke machine because Romeo loves singing. We haven't seen Elton in a long time but he never forgets the boys' birthdays."
