ELTON CANCELS ANOTHER GIG OVER SICK JOEL

SIR ELTON JOHN has been forced to axe another gig as his tour partner BILLY JOEL is still battling flu-like symptoms.
The two stars are currently on the U.S. leg of their world trek together, the Face to Face tour, and were due to play a sold-out gig in Buffalo, New York on Friday (24Jul09) but doctors ordered Joel to rest after he showed signs of an influenza bout.
Joel was still bed-ridden on Saturday (25Jul09), forcing the cancellation of the pair's Monday (27Jul09) night slot at the Times Union Center in New York over fears the Piano Man would not recover in time.
Reps for the pair insist the concerts will be rescheduled.
