ELTON BACK TO GOOD HEALTH

ELTON JOHN bounced back from illness on Monday night (16Nov09) to attend the Elton John AIDS Foundation gala in New York.
The pop superstar was forced to pull the plug on a series of shows with tourmate Billy Joel after he was diagnosed with severe flu symptoms and an E. coli infection at the end of last month (Oct09). At the height of his sickness, the Rocket Man star was hospitalised in England.
But the singer/songwriter was present to recognise former President Bill Clinton and Sharon Stone, among others on Monday night.
But the show won't go on for Elton and Joel - the Piano Man hitmaker has now pulled out of a concert in California on Tuesday night (17Nov09) due to medical reasons.
