ELLIS BEXTOR CONDEMNS SEXY SPICE GIRLS
British singer SOPHIE ELLIS BEXTOR has criticised the SPICE GIRLS for wearing skimpy outfits in the video for their comeback track HEADLINES. The Murder on the Dancefloor hitmaker is unimpressed by the band's attempts to prove to their fans they can be sexy like their younger rivals, such as Girls Aloud and Sugababes. She says, "I don't like the video. I don't understand why they're singing in their underwear when they're talking about friendship… "They are supposed to be singing about being friends - why do they have to be in their bra and pants to do that?"
