ELLEN DEGENERES HAS NO FAMILY PLAN
Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have no plans to have children together, insisting they are happy to be aunt's to Portia's brother's daughter.
Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are not planning to have children.
The couple - who previously admitted they have discussed the possibility of raising a family together - are happy looking after their pets and caring for other people's kids.
Ellen, 51, said: "I don't think we're going to have kids. We have animals, and we love them. And, you know, we are brand new aunts. Her brother and his wife just had a baby girl who's a month old now, and it's fun to be a part of that.
"It's just a huge responsibility, and I don't know that that's something we want to take on. We're very happily married without children."
The talk show host - who married the 36-year-old actress last summer - previously said that the couple were considering having children but were torn between wanting to be “selfish” and keep their life as it is.
She said: "It's something we would never take lightly and just say, 'That would be fun.' It's a lot of work and we recognise that. In a way, we want to be selfish because we love our life, but we know how much that adds to it."
