DYLAN RECORDING CHRISTMAS ALBUM

BOB DYLAN is full of the Christmas spirit - the often gloomy folk-rock icon is recording an album of holiday hits.
The singer/songwriter has reportedly already recorded festive favourites Must Be Santa, Here Comes Santa Claus, I'll Be Home For Christmas and O Little Town of Bethlehem for the untitled album, recorded at pal Jackson Browne's studio in Santa Monica, California.
Dylan is among the first big names to announce plans to record a holiday album for Christmas 2009. Sting recently revealed he'll be releasing a festive album this year.
The former The Police star's new record, If On a Winter's Night..., will feature two original Christmas tunes, as well as traditional British songs and hymns.
