DUSHKU VISITS CHILD SOLDIERS

Actress ELIZA DUSHKU is determined to highlight the plight of former child soldiers after a recent trip to Uganda.
The former Buffy the Vampire Slayer star headed to the African country to raise awareness of the issues facing the youngsters as they attempt to reintegrate themselves back into society after battle.
And the trip, organised by the 28 year old's mother, Judith, who specialises in African politics, was a shocking experience for the TV beauty.
She says, "You learn so much that you would never be able to read in a book... meeting people and hearing stories firsthand."
