DUPRI DODGES JACKSON WEDDING RUMOURS

JERMAINE DUPRI has fuelled reports he's proposed marriage to JANET JACKSON in a serious step to rekindle their relationship - after refusing to confirm or deny wedding rumours.
The couple, which began dating in 2002, sparked rumours of a split in July (09) when Dupri was noticeably absent from his girlfriend's side as she mourned the loss of her brother Michael Jackson at his public memorial.
Jackson confirmed the split in September (09) in an interview with America's Harper's Bazaar magazine, adding, "I've had people ask me out. I haven't entertained any offers thus far."
The couple appeared to have settled their differences only weeks later, after being spotted together at a party in Milan, Italy.
And now Dupri is refusing to talk about his longterm plans with Jackson, admitting he knows the world is desperate to find out if they will wed.
He tells People.com, "They've been saying that for years and you don't see a ring on my finger. I guess it just sounds good to have that rumour this time of the year or something."
