DUNST WINS RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST INTRUDER

Actress KIRSTEN DUNST has been granted a restraining order against an intruder who was found on her estate last month (19Nov08).
Dunst wasn't at home when the trespasser, Christopher Smith, was apprehended and escorted off the property.
The star maintains Smith has trespassed on her land before.
In court documents Dunst states, "Mr. Smith has repeatedly shown up uninvited at my place of residence in Los Angeles, going so far as to ignore police warnings, bypass my personal security measures, trespass on my property, and attempt to gain entry into my home.
"Mr. Smith is apparently mentally ill, and, although he has never met me, believes that he has some sort of spiritual connection with me."
She adds, "Mr. Smith's sudden, aggressive and harassing efforts to contact me are extremely frightening. I fear not only for my own personal safety, but also for the safety and well being of my housemate and assistant."
Los Angeles police have confirmed they did apprehend an intruder at Dunst's home.
In his statement to police, Smith revealed he's in love with the star, adding, "I connected with Kirsten spiritually, I felt like I connected with her and she connected with me. Now I don't know if she did, I guess you have to ask her if she connected."
In court papers, Dunst claims Smith was found on her property after her assistant informed him that the actress was not home via the intercom at the front gate.
He later knocked on her front door and attempted to gain access to the actress' home.
Dunst claimed the intrusion was the fourth in two days.
