DUNST TO FACE BAG THIEF IN COURT?

Actress KIRSTEN DUNST faces a court date with the burglar who made off with thousands of dollars of her belongings.
James Jimenez and an accomplice were caught on camera as they left the SoHo Grant Hotel in August 2007 with the actress' Balenciaga handbag and other items.
The accomplice, Jarrod Beinerman, has already pleaded guilty to attempted burglary - and was sentenced to more than four years behind bars; Jimenez will appear in court in New York for sentencing on 11 May (09).
Dunst is waiting to hear if she'll have to take the stand and testify against him.
