DUFF'S DAD WALKS FROM JAIL AFTER ONE DAY

LATEST: HILARY DUFF's father has been released from prison just a day after he was jailed over a bitter court row with his estranged wife over their famous daughter's 21st birthday party.
Bob Duff was released from a Texas jail on Thursday (28Aug08) after being ordered to spend up to 10 days in there for contempt of court and pay $12,500 (GBP6,761) to his ex-wife for the star's 21st birthday party and a present.
Susan and Bob Duff are currently in the middle of a two and a half year divorce battle.
Duff was also ordered to pay the $367,537 (GBP204,187) he earned from selling stocks last month (Jul08) into a court repository.
