DRAMA AS PATRIDGE PULLS OUT OF THE VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS OVER CAVALLARI

THE HILLS star AUDRINA PATRIDGE pulled out of Sunday night's (13Sep09) MTV Video Music Awards after learning she was billed to present a prize with arch-rival KRISTIN CAVALLARI.
The actress/model was told she'd be presenting alone, and when she discovered Cavallari would be appearing alongside her onstage, she cancelled.
A source tells In Touch magazine, "When MTV was going to have her present with Kristin Cavallari, she told MTV she was not going to be able to present. Audrina hates Kristin, and MTV sprung this on her last minute, so she decided to cancel. She doesn't even want to be in the same room with Kristin."
But Cavallari could not be happier. One of her friends tells the publication, "Kristin is happy she won't be with Audrina. They never got along."
