DR. PHIL FACING LEGAL ACTION

DR. PHIL has been hit with a lawsuit from a woman alleging he groped her during a therapy session.
Shirley Dieu filed suit in Los Angeles Country Superior Court on Wednesday (07Oct09) claiming the U.S. TV personality touched her breast and held her captive in his office in 2007.
Dieu also alleges that the star - full name Philip MCGraw - forced her to "be in the same room with a completely naked live man while he exposed his entire naked body, genitals and all."
The suit goes on to claim MCGraw tried to "brainwash" Dieu, who was allegedly "blocked by the staff to prevent her from leaving."
Dieu is seeking unspecified damages, according to TMZ.com.
