DR. PHIL FACING ANOTHER LAWSUIT

DR. PHIL is facing another sexual harassment lawsuit - a second woman has come forward alleging she suffered at the hands of the TV self-help guru.
Shirley Dieu filed suit last week (07Oct09), claiming the U.S. TV personality touched her breast and forced her to stay in his office with a naked man in 2007.
The TV star - full name Phil MCGraw - has denied any wrongdoing, but has now been hit with a second suit from a woman who claims she was also forced to share a room with a naked man, according to TMZ.com.
Crystal Matchett filed papers at Los Angeles County Superior Court which claim MCGraw forced her to be in the same room with a "completely naked man, who was exposing his entire naked body, genitals and all."
MCGraw called Dieu's claims "without merit" but had not commented on the second lawsuit as WENN went to press.
