DON VITO CHARGED WITH VIOLATING BAIL CONDITIONS

American reality TV star VINCENT 'DON VITO' MARGERA has been charged with 12 felony counts of violating his bail conditions after he was charged with three counts of sexual assault against children earlier this year (07). The Viva La Bam star - the uncle of Jackass regular Bam Margera - plead not guilty to allegations he groped three underage girls at an MTV promotional appearance at a Colorado mall in August 2006. Margera was allowed to return to his Pennsylvania home on $50,000 (GBP25,000) bail to await his trial, scheduled to start on 22 October (07). However, he now stands accused of violating his bail conditions - which include no contact with anyone below the age of 18, his checking in by telephone twice a week, and no drugs or alcohol - although officials haven't revealed the nature of the violations. Margera will be advised of the details of the bond charges against him on 5 September (07).
