NEW YORK DOLLS frontman DAVID JOHANSEN (corr) maintains his famously skinny frame by guzzling a healthy "green concoction" for breakfast every morning. The punk icon, 56, admits he starts his day with the disgusting health shake, which was created by a California nutritionist. He tells Blender magazine, "I have a sick person's diet: in the morning I have a green concoction, called The Ultimate Meal, made by this guy in California. "It's like freeze-dried vegetation from seven continents. "In the daytime I eat a lot of cake and fruit... and then at night I eat big meals."
