DOLLS RETEAM WITH RUNDGREN FOR NEW ALBUM

Iconic rockers the NEW YORK DOLLS have reunited with TODD RUNDGREN to record a new album.
Rundgren produced the glam rock veterans' classic self-titled 1973 album, and he invited the band to his studio in Hawaii to record a long-awaited fourth album, called Cause I Sez So.
The release features a re-recorded version of the band's hit Trash and the album is scheduled to hit stores in May (09).
Dolls frontman David Johansen says, "It was amazing working with Todd again, and I think we were able to evoke the special sound of our first album and drag it by the hair into the present."
The New York Dolls reformed in 2004 after Morrissey asked his favourite band to reunite for a show in London.
