DOLLA SUSPECT PLEADS NOT GUILTY TO MURDER

The man charged with killing AKON protege DOLLA has pleaded not guilty to two counts of assault with a firearm and one count of murder.
The rising star, real name Roderick Anthony Burton II, was fatally shot in the head outside Los Angeles' Beverly Center mall on Monday (18May09).
Aubrey Berry, 23, was arrested by Los Angeles police shortly after the incident, as he tried to catch a departing plane from LAX Airport to his native Atlanta, Georgia.
He appeared in a Los Angeles court on Friday (22May09) to enter his plea.
Berry remains in custody on $5 million (£3.3 million) bail, after it was raised from $1 million (£666,000) on Wednesday (20May09).
Meanwhile, Dolla's grieving family has publicly thanked fans for their outpouring of support in the aftermath of the 21 year old's death.
Burton's relatives also took the opportunity to address online rumours about the circumstances leading up to Dolla's death.
The statement reads, "We, the Burton family, would like to thank everyone for all their kind thoughts and prayers during these trying times... We are grateful for your continued support... We now ask everyone to allow us to mourn the loss of our beloved Roderick Anthony Burton."
