DOLENZ LANDS HAIRSPRAY ROLE

MONKEES star MICKY DOLENZ is heading to London's West End to appear in hit musical HAIRSPRAY.
The 64-year-old singer/drummer will take on the role of Wilbur Turnblad in the show, with his run beginning on 2 February (10).
Dolenz has previously appeared in a string of Broadway shows including Grease, Aida and A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum.
