DILLON'S RESERVATIONS ABOUT DUPREE
MATT DILLON had second thoughts before agreeing to new comedy YOU, ME AND DUPREE, because he was less than keen to appear as a straight man. The CRASH actor feared appearing alongside irreverent star OWEN WILSON would be a step in the wrong direction, but he has since learned playing it straight can be even more rewarding than getting the laughs. He says, "I did have my reservations about this movie y'know. At first it felt like a backwards role - a straight guy to Owen. "But I like Owen and I wanted the challenge of playing a straight guy, as being reactive is one of the hardest things."
