DICKINSON'S EX-LAWYER FIGHTS HER FOR $20,000

Ex-supermodel JANICE DICKINSON's former lawyer is battling for $20,000 (GBP10,000) he alleges he's owed in royalties from three of her books.
John K. Pierson claims he negotiated three deals for Sylvester Stallone's former girlfriend DICkinson in return for a percentage of her advances, plus royalties in lump sums.
He alleges she agreed to the deal, but has never paid up - and he is still waiting for his money, almost seven years after they made the agreement.
Pierson filed a suit 18 months ago could now be granted access to her bank accounts and personal property if he wins his legal battle, reports TMZ.com.
