DICKINSON SUED OVER UNPAID BANK LOAN
Former supermodel JANICE DICKINSON is facing legal action from her bank after allegedly defaulting on a $275,000 (£184,560) loan.
The star is being sued by City National Bank officials, who claim DICkinson borrowed the money last September (08) and failed to pay back the first installment of $45,833.33 (£30,760.62) when it was due in November (08).
They filed suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday (16Apr09) and are seeking compensation plus interest, reports TMZ.com.
A spokesperson for DICkinson had yet to return requests for a comment as WENN went to press.
