DICK SUES CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
Comedian ANDY DICK is suing the bosses of a construction company over claims they never completed the contracted renovation of his home.
The star claims he paid Sipan Design + Development $121,770 (GBP65,820) for electrical, plumbing and carpentry work in the hope his Los Angeles home would be completed by June (08).
But DICk claims the work was never finished and is now suing for compensatory and punitive damages, reports celebrity website TMZ.com.
