DICAPRIO'S BASKETBALL LAWSUIT DISMISSED

LEONARDO DiCAPRIO's legal battle with his neighbours over a basketball court at his Los Angeles home has been dismissed.
The Titanic star was sued by his neighbours in 2007 after they alleged their Hollywood Hills property was illegally excavated and some plants were removed so the actor could have a court built at his rented home in 2004.
A number of construction firms were also targeted in the lawsuit.
Lawyers for DiCaprio and the couple have been trying to resolve the case for months, and it was finally settled last week (beg06Jul09).
The terms of the settlement have not been made public.
