Actor LEONARDO DiCAPRIO has warned the next generation of movie stars to ignore the hype and focus on their careers - as fame can quickly fade.
The Titanic star has risen to become one of the hottest properties in Hollywood after appearing in a string of blockbuster movies.
And he is warning current teen heart-throbs such as Zac Efron and Robert Pattinson to focus on their acting if they want to last in the industry.
DiCaprio says, "Well, they've been given an unbelievable opportunity, and I hope they know within themselves that all that really matters at the end of the day is the work.
"All this noise and attention will absolutely deteriorate and there will be a new, fresh piece of meat for the media to focus on within less than a year's time.
"So what they should do at this moment is work their asses off to prove to the public and prove to themselves that they can absolutely have a long-term career."
