DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES STAR LOOKING TO ADOPT

Desperate Housewives star Marcia Cross has admitted she is considering adopting a child.

Speaking to American OK! Magazine, the 46-year-old star said she was worried time was ticking against her.

"I would always adopt," she said. "I feel like time is the issue for me."

Cross, who plays Bree Hodge in the popular US show, already has two twin daughters, Eden and Savannah with her husband Tom Mahoney.

Describing the 19-month-old pair, she said: "They're putting words together, and sentences. They're so cute, fun and funny. They're the best thing ever."

Rumours in the press continue over whether Cross's co-star Eva Longoria Parker is pregnant, despite her public denial.
