Hollywood actor PATRICK DEMPSEY constantly assures his wife he is sexy - so she feels confident about their relationship.
The Made of Honor star uses reverse psychology to keep their marriage strong - so tells his wife Jillian Fink she is married to a sex symbol to make her feel appreciative.
Dempsey, who has just been named the Sexiest Actor on TV in America, explains, "I let my wife know that I'm sexy all the time. She likes it. It's fun - I enjoy it. It's great for your confidence. And then you look in the mirror and go, `There's the reality'.
"I think if we're out and women are disrespectful to our relationship, it's hard for her. (Women) can be very aggressive and difficult at times, and that's hard. I couldn't handle it as well as she does.
"But I don't take it too seriously, and I do enjoy it."
