DEBBIE ROWE LAUNCHES EMAIL LAWSUIT

Michael Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe, who has two children with the late singer, has filed a lawsuit against a woman who leaked emails she claimed had been sent by Debbie.

Debbie Rowe is suing a woman for leaking fabricated emails from her.

Debbie - the ex-wife of late singer Michael Jackson and mother of his eldest two children Prince Michael I, 12, and Paris, 11 - accused Rebecca White of defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress in court papers filed yesterday (16.07.09).

The lawsuit states: "The statements attributed by Ms. White to Ms. Rowe in said emails were fabricated by Ms. White and are false."

Earlier this week, Rebecca - who insisted she was a "close friend" of Debbie's - claimed she had received emails from Debbie saying she didn't want custody of the children and didn't see them as hers.

Debbie - who met Michael when she was working as a nurse for the 50-year-old singer's dermatologist Arnold Klein - insists she did not send the emails.

Debbie admits the pair have emailed each other, but claims they never spoke about Michael.

Court papers state: "None discussing Mr. Jackson, his family, or Ms. Rowe's children. There are also no emails between the parties since Mr. Jackson's death (with the exception of two sent by Ms. White, to which Ms. Rowe did not respond, and in fact, one of which was not even opened until July 14, 2009, when Ms. White's interview first came to light)."

The documents also allege Rebecca has previously tried to make money from celebrities including Naomi Campbell, Robbie Williams, Heath Ledger and Kate Moss by committing similar kinds of "malicious acts".
