DE NIRO'S FORMER NANNY SUES OVER BACK PAY

ROBERT DE NIRO is facing legal action from a former nanny - who has accused the actor of owing her more than $40,000 (£27,586) in overtime payments.
Alexis Barry went to work for the star and his wife, Grace Hightower, in 2006, looking after their son Elliot, now 11.
The childcare worker alleges the couple agreed to pay her $31.25 (£21.55) an hour and $46.88 (£32.33) per hour overtime.
Barry has now filed papers in New York's Manhattan Supreme Court claiming she clocked up 750 hours of overtime in her ten months working for the pair - but has not been paid for her extra service.
The lawsuit also claims that Barry never received 10 days of vacation time which she was promised, according to TMZ.com.
