DE LA FUENTE SUED AGAIN

LATEST: Chilean soap star CRISTIAN DE LA FUENTE is facing legal action from a woman accusing the actor of tampering with her car, just days after he was sued for running over a man in California.
De La Fuente - who is currently taking a break from Dancing With The Stars following an injury - is being sued by Jasmaine Chatman who has filed papers at Los Angeles Superior Court claiming he "tampered with (her) vehicle" in early March (08).
Chatman is seeking $5,000 (GBP2,500) for "damages, storage fees, car rental, lost time at school", according to TMZ.com. No other details about the incident are currently available.
De La Fuente is also being sued over an incident at a Beverly Hills, Californian Porsche dealership in June last year (07), in which a man claims the star knocked him over with his car.
