DE LA FUENTE HOSPITALISED FOR MUSCLE CRAMP

Chilean soap star CRISTIAN DE LA FUENTE was hospitalised on Monday (27Apr08) after severely injuring his arm on American TV show DANCING WITH THE STARS.
The Family Law actor hurt his arm when he was performing a samba with his professional dancing partner Cheryl Burke on the hit show.
The 34-year-old managed to finish the dance and get feedback from the judging panel before he was rushed to hospital for treatment for severe muscle cramp.
De la Fuente told co host Samantha Harris backstage, "It hurts. It hurts the arm and it hurts that I couldn't do it, you know, it's tough."
Burke spoke to U.S. gossip magazine People in tears after the show saying, "When we were dancing I fell back into his arms and I heard something crack, I am so worried. He is not a wuss. He tried to finish the dance."
The duo were given a collective score of 21/30 for their performance by the show's judges.
