DAVIS SUES AGAIN OVER EMMY AWARD AFTER-PARTY FIGHT

Former Denver Broncos star TERRELL DAVIS is suing an insurance company for refusing to defend him over an allegedly racist attack at an Emmy Award after-party. It is the second lawsuit Davis has filed over the incident, which occurred at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. The ex-footballer previously sued the operator of the hotel's bar for racial discrimination, assault and battery after the 33-year-old, who is black, was asked by the owner to stop talking to a white waitress. A scuffle ensued and the athlete claims the bouncers choked him and forced him to the floor.
