DAVIES' MUSICAL DREAMS
THE KINKS star RAY DAVIES has written a musical which is named after the band's hit song COME DANCING.
The show will open at London's Theatre Royal Stratford East in September (08) and will feature over 20 sings written by Davies.
The production is set in the 1950s around the Ilford Palais ballroom and is scheduled to run for six weeks.
It is not known whether the Waterloo Sunset hitmaker will appear in the musical - but it is rumoured that he will take on the role of narrator.
