DAVID DUCHOVNY'S FAMILY PLEDGE

David Duchovny and wife Tea Leoni are working hard at the marriage for the sake of their children, Madelaine, 10, and six-year-old Kyd.

David Duchovny and Tea Leoni are determined to make their marriage work for the sake of their children.

The couple - who briefly split last year following the 'X Files' star's treatment for sex addiction - are working through their problems as they want to remain together for Madelaine, 10, and six-year-old Kyd.

A source said: "Their relationship has really improved. They're still in love. They very much care for each other and whatever happens they are working it out for the kids.

"Their first priority through everything was staying close for their kids and making life as great as it can be for them. They'll always be a family."

Earlier this year, David revealed how happy he is now he has sorted out his problems.

He said: "Last year was a difficult year. And I can say that I personally, have never felt better. And I think the better I am, the better my family can be."
