DASH SELLS UP IN L.A.

Music mogul DAMON DASH has cashed in on his Los Angeles villa for a bank account boosting $3.6 million (GBP1.8 million). The hip hop entrepreneur and his wife Rachel Roy have barely used the pad since it was built in 1999 and spend almost all their time in New York City. The Spanish-style property includes four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, three fireplaces and a pool. The couple haven't given up on L.A. yet - they are now looking to buy a west coast home on the beach.
