DARREN HAYES CAUTIONED OVER RACIST ATTACK
LATEST: Singer DARREN HAYES has been handed a police caution after he was arrested for racially attacking a waiter at a Thai restaurant in London.
The former Savage Garden star handed himself into a police station after a complaint was made by a staff member at the Busaba Eathai in Soho in July (07).
Hayes admitted a row took place but denied any racial element.
Police said the 35-year-old had been cautioned under section five of the Public Order Act, which deals with disorderly behaviour.
