DANIEL BALDWIN FOUND IN DETROIT

LATEST: Actor DANIEL BALDWIN has been found on a film set in Detroit, Michigan after a judge issued a warrant for his arrest yesterday (06FEB07). Baldwin, 46, failed to appear in an Orange County California Superior Court on charges he stole a car last November (06). According to the Detroit Free Press, the star was spotted on the set of his new movie LITTLE RED DEVIL, where he is reportedly playing the title character. Yesterday, Baldwin's manager, DAN SPILO, insisted the warrant was an error, adding "the court will probably be correcting this later in the day." But according to Orange County District Attorney's Office Spokeswoman FARRAH EMAMI, there was no error. She says, "We have two felony charges on Mr Baldwin, and he and his attorney failed to appear." Baldwin, the brother of actors ALEC, WILLIAM and STEPHEN, faces up to three years in prison if convicted.
