GREY'S ANATOMY star ERIC DANE has denied reports he's suffering from skin cancer. The 35-year-old actor was said to be battling the deadly disease after he was diagnosed with it in January (08). But Dane insists the report, in U.S. magazine OK!, is exaggerated. His spokesperson tells American publication Us Weekly, "Eric Dane does not have cancer. He spoke with OK! to clear up some inaccuracies they were planning to run. "His story certainly does not compare with those actually suffering from the disease." Dane was quoted in OK! as saying, "I went to my dermatologist. He said it was malignant tissue caused by sun damage. "My skin is very sensitive and my lip was traumatized by the procedure I had to go through. I didn't eat very well for a couple of weeks and lost a bunch of weight."
