DANCING HOST APPLAUDED FOR SAVING BRITISH JUDGE'S LIFE
The host of America's DANCING WITH THE STARS has been hailed a hero after he came to the rescue of Brit LEN GOODMAN when the judge started choking backstage.
Tom Bergeron performed the Heimlich Manoeuvre on Goodman after a cough drop got lodged in his throat.
A show insider tells the Globe, "At first we thought he was having a heart attack. Len staggered in agony as he grabbed the back of a chair and had trouble standing as his breathing got worse and worse.
"Tom's a real hero. If he hadn't been there and reacted so fast, Len could have easily choked to death."
