CYRUS THRILLS NEW YORKERS AT THANKSGIVING DAY PARADE

Teen starlet MILEY CYRUS thrilled millions of fans in New York on Thursday (27Nov08) by wrapping up against the cold to take part in the annual MACy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
The Hannah Montana star waved at fans on a float advertising her new animated movie Bolt, as the parade worked its way from Central Park to downtown Manhattan.
Fellow singers Rick Astley, Ashanti, Trace Adkins, American Idol star David Archuleta and actress Kristen Chenoweth also turned out in the chilly weather, to ride on some of the 28 floats taking part in the parade, which is organised by New York's famous department store MACy's.
