24 star ELISHA CUTHBERT is so terrified of flying she has developed a series of quirky superstitions to calm her nerves before take off. The actress admits she used to suffer minor panic attacks on flights and was forced to find ways to keep her cool on planes. She says, "I have my little things that I do to prevent the fear from happening. "I have superstitions about it - I have to call my mother before every flight (and) if I don't get her I'll miss it, I have to walk on the plane with my right foot first... I'll stop and adjust."
