CUMMING WILL MISS MOVIE PREMIERE TO WATCH OBAMA SWORN IN
Gay actor ALAN CUMMING will miss the chance to unveil his latest movie at January's SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL, so he can attend 'gay-friendly' BARACK OBAMA's inauguration as U.S. President.
The week-long Utah movie bash next month - where his film Dare will premiere - clashes with Obama's swearing in, which will take place in Washington, D.C. on 20 January (08).
And Cumming had no hesitation choosing where he will be, despite the fact he's not an American citizen and couldn't vote in the presidential election.
He tells the New York Post, "(Obama is) someone who I believe will make America a place where gay people will be respected and given true equality."
