CULTURE CLUB FIND BOY GEORGE REPLACEMENT
Eighties pop group CULTURE CLUB have recruited a singer to replace BOY GEORGE for their upcoming world tour. Reunited band members JON MOSS, PHIL PICKETT and MIKEY CRAIG will play a London gig next week (begs24JUL06) with their new frontman, known only as SAM. A spokeswoman says, "We can't reveal any more about Sam - all will be revealed on the night - but when the band were advertising for a new member, they said they weren't looking for a Boy George lookalike but someone with their own character." A television company wants to follow the reformed Culture Club, who might embark on a world tour in 2007, according to manager TONY GORDON.
